How It Works
Every service we offer follows the same six-stage journey. Here's what we do at each stage, and what we'll need from you.
-
Enquiry
Receive your enquiry and pre-tag it to the service you selected.
Tell us what you need to protect and share your contact details.
-
Consultation / Assessment
Review your situation, recommend the right service (and class/category where relevant), and outline scope and cost drivers.
Answer a few clarifying questions about your brand, work, or invention.
-
Document Collection
Send you a checklist specific to your service.
Provide the required documents (see each service page for its checklist).
-
Filing
Prepare and file your application with the relevant government authority (IP India, the Copyright Office, or the Patent Office).
Review and sign any Power of Attorney or declaration forms required.
-
Government Process
Track status and handle examination, objections, hearings, or opposition on your behalf where engaged.
Respond promptly if we need additional evidence or information — deadlines here are statutory and often cannot be extended.
-
Outcome / Certificate
Notify you of the outcome and deliver your registration certificate once granted.
Nothing further — though we recommend calendar-tracking renewal dates for trademarks and patents.
How We Keep You Updated
We respond to enquiries within 1 business day and update you at every major milestone — filing confirmation, examination outcomes, and any deadline that needs your input. Government stages (examination, objections, hearings, opposition) are outside anyone's control and can shift the overall timeline; we flag this honestly rather than promising a fixed date.
